Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Secretariat secretariat@cipd2011.com.

• Cancellations received up to 15 June 2011: will be refunded less an administrative charge of 30 €.

• No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 16 june 2011 or No shows.

• The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress by bank transfer.
